This 8-week community course offers practical skills and guidance, helping you to manage day-to-day stresses more effectively and alleviate the burden of excessive worry, anxiety and low mood. It is an opportunity to relax and take a step back from our frantic lives: anyone and everyone can benefit!

ing to live mindfully is a skill that children use without effort. As adults, our hectic lives demand we are on the go 24/7 and, as a result, many of us have forgotten how to simply ‘be’. Lea
ing key mindfulness techniques can in fact help us to be more productive with reduced stress and a greater sense of wellbeing.

The next course will run from the Standalane Community Centre in Stewarton, East Ayrshire. It will run for 8 consecutive weeks on a Thursday evening between 8pm and 9.30pm (12 hours in total). The course is led by a skilled psychotherapist and mindfulness teacher with many years’ experience. The groups are friendly, informal, confidential and open to anyone aged 16 and above.
