As adults, our hectic lives demand we are on the go 24/7 and, as a result, many of us have forgotten how to simply ‘be’. Learning key mindfulness techniques can in fact help us to be more productive with reduced stress and a greater sense of wellbeing. The next course will run from the Standalane Community Centre in Stewarton, East Ayrshire. It will run for 8 consecutive weeks on a Thursday evening between 8pm and 9.30pm (12 hours in total). The course is led by a skilled psychotherapist and mindfulness teacher with many years’ experience. The groups are friendly, informal, confidential and open to anyone aged 16 and above.
