How to get help from a chiropractor

A chiropractor is a doctor who specializes in manual adjustment and/or manipulation of the bones and the spine. There are small gaps or spaces in between our bones and there is a fluid that acts as a lubricant to ensure the proper functioning of the parts. It so happens that gases like Oxygen, Nitrogen, or Carbon dioxide get stuck in between the spaces. You might experience discomfort and pain because of the presence of these gasses.
